– For Huseierne it is important that our members feel safe and in control in everyday life as homeowners. Good advice, relevant tools and secure solutions for contracts and documents are among the things we want to offer, says Thomas Trier, head of member advice at Huseierne.

The organisation is now taking a further step in using artificial intelligence as a basis for giving members faster and more precise answers. – That absolutely requires control of privacy and data, Trier stresses.

To ensure this, Norwegian TellusR’s platform, the AI Communications Hub (ACH), becomes an important component of Huseierne’s technology foundation.

An example of a safe approach

– Huseierne is a prime example of how to succeed with AI in practice, says Lise Bolling Nesheim, head of product development at TellusR.

Instead of biting off more than they could chew, they started with a limited, well-defined problem and made sure the data foundation was tidy and safe. That the solution can now itself assess when it needs to look up quality-assured, lawyer-written guides makes the legal advice both more precise and verifiable.

The decision to make the platform the engine of the solution follows a thorough and successful proof of concept (PoC), in which Huseierne stress-tested how AI could be used strategically in the advisory service.

Built on practice and human intelligence

For Huseierne it has been important to think afresh to create good solutions that meet the needs of Norway’s homeowners. With AI on the team, members get answers faster and more easily. At the same time, Thomas Trier stresses that the advice AI gives is still quality-assured by subject-matter experts.

For us, “human in the loop” is an important principle. The solution ensures professionally grounded answers based on previous practice and advice. It will be exciting to develop this further and see how we can efficiently simplify everyday life for homeowners across the country. This is the start of an exciting collaboration.
Thomas Trier Head of member advice, Huseierne

– We are incredibly proud that such a significant and forward-looking organisation as Huseierne chooses our AI Communications Hub as an important component of its further AI efforts, says Georg Baumann, customer lead at TellusR.
