Want to help build the knowledge tools of the future? At TellusR we develop technology that makes organisations’ own data accessible through modern search, language models and generative AI. The team has worked with artificial intelligence since 2012. We’re a small, specialised team with high pace and short decision paths.
Responsibilities
- Further development of our core platform for search and AI assistants.
- Work on retrieval, ranking, data quality and document understanding.
- APIs and system integrations.
- Testing, evaluation and improvement of AI assistants.
- Product development in close collaboration with a strong team.
- Responsibility for customer installations where new data is imported, structured and used.
- Close collaboration with colleagues and customers to understand needs and find good solutions fast.
What we look for
- Higher education in computer science, informatics or similar.
- You take ownership, work independently and drive processes from problem to solution.
- You’re curious about the customer’s domain and dig into complex challenges.
- You’re a skilled developer with solid technical understanding and strong drive.
- You care about quality, but are pragmatic and get things done.
- You’re fluent in both Norwegian and English, and thrive based in Oslo.
- Advantageous: backend (Java/Kotlin), Python, search, data processing, containers/Kubernetes, LLMs and machine learning.
