Customer Success Manager for commercialising AI

Become the architect behind profitable AI at our customers. TellusR is growing fast – we’ve built the platform that gives Norwegian and European organisations safe AI with full data control. The role is two-fold: you ensure high customer satisfaction through strong project management, and drive commercial growth by finding opportunities that bring the customer more value.

Responsibilities

  • Create value and growth: You’re measured on revenue growth in your portfolio, and proactively identify expansion and upsell opportunities that benefit the customer.
  • Strategic advisory: You help customers adopt AI safely and effectively at scale.
  • Project management: You lead and coordinate technical and commercial projects.
  • Insight and improvement: You analyse customer data to propose concrete improvements.

What we look for

  • You understand business: You know that customer success is about ROI for the customer and net retention rate (NRR) for us.
  • You are structured: You have experience with project management or account management.
  • You are technically curious: Experience from SaaS or AI is a big plus.
  • You communicate well: You speak as easily with a technical developer as with a decision-maker.
